Complaint form

If, despite all our efforts to serve you well, you are dissatisfied with the services you received, you may file a complaint with the Tribunal administratif du logement’s complaints office.

IMPORTANT! Please note that the complaints office cannot comment on:

  • decisions rendered by the Tribunal;

  • the conduct of hearings;

  • management of hearings by administrative judges and special clerks.

If you are dissatisfied with a decision of the Tribunal and wish to contest it, visit the Contesting a decision section on our website.

Similarly, if your complaint concerns a breach of ethics by an administrative judge or a special clerk, you must file your complaint with the Conseil de la justice administrative. This organization is independent from the Tribunal administratif du logement and its specific mandate is to deal with ethics complaints concerning members of administrative tribunals, including the Tribunal.
