On Tuesday, January 16, 2024, the applicable percentages will be established for the purpose of calculating the 2024 rent increases.

The applicable percentages are used to determine, in accordance with the Regulation respecting the criteria for the fixing of rent, the amounts attributed to each component of the calculation on the basis of the actual expenses incurred for the building or dwelling in question.
