Complaint form

If, despite all our efforts to serve you well, you are dissatisfied with the services you received, you may file a complaint with the Tribunal administratif du logement’s complaints office.

IMPORTANT! Please note that the complaints office cannot comment on:

  • decisions rendered by the Tribunal;

  • the conduct of hearings;

  • management of hearings by administrative judges and special clerks.

If you are dissatisfied with a decision of the Tribunal and wish to contest it, visit the Contesting a decision section on our website.

Similarly, if your complaint concerns a breach of ethics by an administrative judge or a special clerk, you must file your complaint with the Conseil de la justice administrative.
