If you are dissatisfied with a decision of the Tribunal and wish to contest it, visit the Contesting a decision section on our website. Similarly, if your complaint concerns a breach of ethics by an administrative judge or a special clerk, you must file your complaint with the Conseil de la justice administrative. This organization is independent from the Tribunal administratif du logement and its specific mandate is to deal with ethics complaints concerning members of administrative tribunals, including the Tribunal.

If, despite our best efforts to serve you well, you are dissatisfied with our services, we undertake to respond to your complaint within 30 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you may also contact the Protecteur du citoyen.
Please note that all messages containing abusive or offensive language will remain unanswered. We reserve the right to forward any threatening messages to the appropriate authorities.
