If you don’t take your exhibits back, they may be destroyed on the expiry of one year from the date of the Tribunal’s final decision or of the proceeding terminating the proceedings. However, the Tribunal must, subsequently and if the nature of the exhibits or documents allows it, keep digital copies for a period of two years.
