Lessor’s right to terminate a lease

The lessor of a dwelling may evict the lessee to subdivide the dwelling, enlarge it substantially or change its destination (use).

A lessor who is the owner of the dwelling may also repossess it to use it as a personal residence, but under certain conditions.
