Application to evict the lessee after the end of the lease

This application must be filed by the lessor to obtain the eviction of a lessee who continues to occupy the leased premises after the expiry of the lease or after the date for the handing over of the premises agreed upon during the term of the lease.

Lessee: Person that rents the dwelling in question.
Lessor: Person who signs the lease in the capacity of lessor.
