To check the status of your file or consult and obtain any document related to your file (for example, request, notice of hearing, exhibits or decision), please consult the online docket.

To obtain information on your rights and obligations, the exercise of a recourse or your file, please contact our information service for citizens.

The Tribunal does not conduct inspections or compliance checks.

To see, as part of due diligence, if a business or a property is affected by a recourse initiated before the Tribunal:

  • Please consult the online docket. You can obtain a copy of the documents related to each of the recourses initiated, where applicable.
ACCESS TO INFORMATION REQUEST

If your request does not concern any of the above-mentioned cases or if the document you seek is not among the documents distributed on our website in accordance with the Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information, you may submit an access request to the Tribunal agent in charge of access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information. The contact information appears below.

This contact information is to be used strictly for the processing of access requests under the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1). The purpose of such requests is to obtain a copy of an administrative document held by the Tribunal administratif du logement.

Your request may be written or oral. However, only a written request may lead to a review of the decision of the person in charge by the Commission d'accès à l'information.

Your request must be sufficiently specific to enable the person in charge to locate the document concerned.
