The Régie du logement wishes to remind the public that customer service hours will be different during the Festive Season. The Régie's telephone information service and offices will be closed on December 23, 26, 27 and 30, 2016, and on January 2 and 3, 2017.

Services will be available from Monday December 19 to Thursday December 22, as well as Wednesday December 28 and Thursday December 29, according to each of our offices usual schedule, except for our offices of Montreal and Quebec, where customer service hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please note that due to the holiday season, the processing time for applications may be longer.

The Régie's automated telephone service and the Website of the Régie du logement will remain available 24/7 for all our clients.
