The Régie du logement has established the applicable percentages for the calculation of rent increases in 2016, according to Regulation respecting the criteria for the fixing of rent. These percentages are used to determine the amounts allocated to each of the components of the calculation based on actual expenses incurred for the building or dwelling concerned.
