Yearly indexation of costs exigible 2022

Fees are payable for the filing of certain proceedings with the Tribunal administratif du logement. These fees are indexed annually, in accordance with section 2 of the Tariff of costs exigible by the Administrative Housing Tribunal.

In 2022, the rate of variation calculated according to the method provided for in the regulation is 5.6%.

Consequently, since November 1, 2022, the following fees, rounded off to the nearest dollar, are payable to the Tribunal administratif du logement.
