Yearly indexation of costs exigible

Fees are payable for the filing of certain proceedings with the Régie du logement. These fees are indexed annually, in accordance with section 2 of the Tariff of costs exigible by the Régie du logement.

In 2016, the rate of variation calculated according to the method provided for in the regulation is 1.4%.

Consequently, since November 1, 2016, the following fees, rounded off to the nearest dollar, are payable to the Régie du logement.
